Enjoy a 5-course tasting menu with live music in a mountain restaurant with a view of Špindlerův Mlýn at night. A special snowcat will take you to dinner and back. The meeting point for the participants is always 15 minutes before the departure of the snowcat at the quattro® BAR in St. Peter, from where we will transport you by snowcat to the Restaurant. Snowcat departs at 5:00 p.m., if the capacity is full, also at 5:45 p.m. You will be informed of the departure time when booking. The evening of experiences is accompanied by a live acoustic performance by a musician.

You will receive a dinner voucher by email after completing the purchase process.
The last possibility to register for any dinner date is the day before the event until 12:00.
There is no vegetarian version of the menu.

MENU

- Amouse bouche:

Beetroot and goat cheese puff pastry

- Cold starter:

Pork rillettes on baked toast, fermented radish

- Hot starter:

Pike perch fillet with Bernese sauce and potato-broccoli soufflé

- Soup:

Beef consommé with meat and homemade noodles

- Main course:

Pulled duck with jam sauce in crispy homemade lokša, pickled red cabbage, fried leek

- Dessert:

Pumpkin cheesecake with caramel crust and pecans
