SKIPAS POINT - Hromovka, Svatý Petr, Medvědín, Horní Mísečky, Labská - Vending machine for self-service dispensing of the GOPASS card with your SKIPAS loaded on it, purchased online in the gopass.travel e-shop. The SKIPAS POINT is open 24 hours a day. Keep your registered GOPASS card and use it again next time.
GOPASS Tickets - Hromovka, Svatý Petr, Medvědín, Horní Mísečky- aautomated self-service terminals. Skipasses purchased through GOPASS Tickets are issuedfor a fee 75 CZK on a contactless GOPASS smart card.
Due to the differences in the check-in systems generally used in ski resorts and due to the implementation of ongoing changes to the technical infrastructure of these systems, some types of Gopass cards may be rejected when passing through turnstiles in different resorts. In the case of single-day and multi-day ski passes, you can resolve the situation by visiting the information centre at the resort, where a temporary card will be uploaded onto a back-up chip card. You can then use your Gopass chip card again at your home resort without restrictions. For Smart Season Pass Premium products, the tariff will be transferred to your new Gopass card.
Ticket office - Hromovka, Svatý Petr, Medvědín – Ski passes purchased at the ticket office are issued as an Axess contactless chip card. There is a 50 CZK deposit for the card. The card can be returned via a slot machine for a refund of the deposit. At ticket office you can pay cash, with credit cards: Eurocard/Mastercard and Maestro, VISA and VISA Electron. We do accept Sodexo Flexi Pass CARD and Benefit Plus Card (not valid for regional passes).
Afternoon from 13:00 - Afternoon ski pass sales starts five minutes before marked validity.
Night skiing - 18:00 - 21:00.
Parental ski pass - Transferable ski pass with the option of alternating between two adults; to qualify, both parents must be present and have their images uploaded.
Fast Pass - Top skipass which will let you skip the lines. Use the all-day priority turnstiles on the innogy line Svatý Petr, Medvědín, Hromovka and Horní Mísečky.
FreshTrack - morning skiing on freshly groomed and uncluttered slopes followed by a full breakfast, each Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 07:30 to 09:30. Numbers are limited – reservations to be made a minimum of 1 day in advance on +420 499 467 101 or at a Skiareál information centre (Hromovka, Svatý Petr, Medvědín).
Fast pass, Fresh Track, afternoon and parental passes can be purchased only at the ticket office and are issued on the Axess chip card.
Return ticket - allows its holder to ride up and down chairlift lines innogy line Svaty Petr and Medvedin. You can purçhase it at the Ski Resort's information centers.

Proof of age is required and must be supported by an identity card or, if this is not possible, an insurance card. It is not possible to purchase ski passes in the categories “Child“, “Junior” and “Senior“ without supporting documents showing date of birth/proof of age.
Skipasses purchased via GOPASS or GOPASS Tickets can be canceled under the following conditions: a) No later than 23:59 on the day preceding the day for which the ski pass was purchased, for a fee of CZK 30 CZK, b) On the day of the purchase of the skipass up until 11:59 if you did not pass through the turnstiles. The purchase price will be refunded to your goX minus a charge of 150 CZK. c) For multi-day ski passes, it is not possible to cancel an overdrawn ski pass.
Ski passes and cash change from purchases at the ticket offices must be checked and any issues brought to the attention of staff immediately. Any complaint made thereafter will not be considered. Ski passes are non-transferable and it is not permitted to lend or sell passes. Ticket offices and lift entrances are monitored by camera. Should a ski pass be used in an unauthorised manner, it will be confiscated or blocked without compensation. The turnstile area is monitored. When passing through a turnstile, an image is taken that is processed and stored within the check-in system. To comply with personal data regulations, this image is retained for the duration of the ski pass and then erased from the system. The operator reserves the right to change prices without advanced notice. All prices are in CZK. Discounts on ISIC, innogy and ITIC cards are available at Hromovka, Svatý Petr, Medvědín, Horní Mísečky and Labská ticket offices. Discounts do not apply to night skiing.
Displayed prices „Ticket office“, "GOPASS Tickets" and "GOPASS Eshop"“ are variable and may vary depending on the conditons and capacity of the ski resort. The current prices valid for given day will be displayed on the screens at ticket offices in the ski resort and on the ski resort’s website.
