Skiareál Špindlerův Mlýn is a popular Czech winter sports resort. Everyone from the most experienced skiers and snowboarders to beginners can enjoy the slopes here, as well as cross-country skiers and ski mountaineers. The Skiareál organises a wide variety of events, including the largest international ones. Welcome to Špindl!
One of the largest ski resorts in the Czech Republic, the resort has some 27km of downhill slopes and tens of kilometres of groomed cross-country ski tracks. There are several chairlifts to take you to the top, including a state-of-the-art heated six-seater chairlift to Pláň, and a variety of other lifts. The slopes are ideal for families with children and beginners, as well as for more experienced and demanding skiers and snowboarders. The Black FIS World Cup slope at Svatý Petr meets international criteria and hosts the biggest and most popular ski races. But that's not all! There are a number of special attractions such as the Funtrack at Hromovka and the Snowpark at Mísečky. These have a range of challenges to ensure you have even more fun on the slopes. An outstanding attraction is the measured Audi Race Track at the top of the ski slopes at Pláň (Svatý Petr). Here you can even compare your time to that of Czech skiing ace Ondřej Bank. And if you enjoy the unique atmosphere of evening skiing, then Hromovka is the place to be! The longest and best lit slopes can be found here. When you wish to take a break and relax, you will find a range of stylish snackbars, après-ski bars and restaurants at the upper and lower stations of most chairlifts.
