Go on a Nordic-style trip to the Krkonoše Mountains


Nordic walking poles are great companions for long walks. They help to maintain stability in slippery or uneven terrain, and we also strengthen muscles that become idle during normal walking.

For a long time, there was an idea in our regions that Nordic walking is suitable mainly for the elderly or people after an injury who cannot do without support when walking. In fact, anyone can do this activity and it will have beneficial effects on everyone. For example, it strengthens the muscles in the upper body and relieves tension in the back area. It also increases the mobility of the spine and puts less stress on the joints than normal walking. In combination with walking sticks, we engage ninety percent of the muscles in the body and burn up to sixty percent more energy than without them.
